I’m Ayesha Tariq, a performance-driven growth marketer specializing in paid media and SEM, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a creative, data-led approach to experimentation and scaling.

I’ve worked with startups, agencies, and private clients to plan, audit, launch, and scale paid advertising across the full funnel .My experience spans B2B SaaS platforms, D2C brands, and e-commerce businesses, working across different acquisition models and sales cycles.

One of my key achievements was scaling Desi Return from zero to 20k+ followers, helping establish it as a trusted platform for NRIs planning to resettle in India, which led to me being offered a partnership role similar to a co-founder.

To date, I’ve supported 45+ client accounts, managing monthly ad spend of up to $70k, with hands-on ownership across account audits, campaign restructuring, and ongoing optimization to improve efficiency and results. A core part of my work involves diagnosing underperforming ad accounts by identifying wasted spend, structural inefficiencies, and creative gaps, then rebuilding campaigns.
